Job description

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.Our Finance Operations team manages PwC's financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As a part of our team, you'll assist us with budgeting, reporting, business operations, domestic and international accounting operations, and finance strategy.

Job Title: Finance Manager- Business Operations Solutions

BOS Finance provides critical decision support, financial management and reporting to a diverse group of stakeholders including Network Leadership and their teams across the PwC Network. The Finance manager will be responsible for providing business partnering support to key stakeholders within the BPM environment and ensuring the smooth transition from the current approach to pricing/billing services to territories to the new approach being adopted from FY23 when BPM becomes a service offering under the BSS

The role:

  • Provide business partnering support to Business service managers taking the lead in all financial planning and decision making processes, including delivery of the multi-year plan, annual budget and 6+6 forecast

  • Provide stakeholders with 'value added' financial reporting to help drive business decisions around the services they support, including developing and enhancing the reporting and data analytics capabilities

  • Provide regular support in the processes of closing and reporting on budget and forecast variance analysis.

  • Play a key role in the pricing of new services

  • Develop, update and maintain the forecast and cost allocation model used to bill territories for the services they use

  • Act as point of contact for BPM related Finance queries

  • Active involvement in the delivery of the BOS finance objectives, keeping to a continuous feedback and improvement mindset.

  • Ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by the Head of BOS Finance.
