About Coram Life Education:

Coram Life Education and SCARF is the UK's leading charity provider of Personal, Social, Health and Economic education in primary schools. We have 30 years' experience delivering memorable, engaging wellbeing workshops, teaching resources and training in 2,000 schools a year, reaching 350,000 children. We are part of Coram children's charity, based near Kings Cross, London, which offers direct, practical help and emotional support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

SCARF online teaching resources represent our values for children - Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience and Friendship - embedding pupils' wellbeing across the whole school. CLE helps children understand, explain and regulate emotions, navigate risk, stay safe on and off line, build resilience, stay physically and mentally well and develop healthy relationships, in preparation for adolescence and adulthood.

Coram Life Education has a UK-wide delivery structure in which 19 Delivery Partner charities and Coram Branches deliver in local areas under agreement with Coram. Coram Life Education has a presence in the South West, London and South East, West Midlands, East of England, North West, The North and Aberdeenshire. The Business Support Administrator works as part of a small, friendly central team that designs education programmes, resources and training, builds relationships with schools and supports the UK network to deliver high quality services to schools in the community. Throughout the pandemic staff have worked remotely and in the London office, and we hope to return to the office full time when it is safe to do so. Whilst London is the preferred base for this role, we will consider applicants who meet the criteria and are non-London based.

Purpose of Role:

To support CLE central office functions, offering a customer-oriented service to the CLE network, schools and suppliers across the UK.
To initiate and maintain accurate and efficient administration systems, including the management of finance processes and Excel records.
To support the management team, and in particular Education Services, to deliver efficient and timely education programmes, communications, training and events.
To keep records and undertake basic tasks to maintain CLE's web-based services, including 'SCARF' online teaching resources, website, and social media.
