Job DescriptionJob briefVertex GIS is looking for an experienced business systems analyst who'll be the IT partner for the global HEOR and Market Access teams and will be responsible for managing business systems and applications to support their respective business processes. This position provides business systems expertise along with subject matter expertise for business processes that support creation of our value stories and country level pricing and reimbursement submissions.We are looking for an individual with wide ranging experience on business platforms like Veeva Vault and Model N along with strong functional knowledge of the HEOR and market access business functions in a pharmaceutical organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the HEOR and Market Access teams to understand their business processes and requirements and support the technology platforms used to satisfy those requirements. Manage all enhancement and support activities for HEOR and Market Access systems like Veeva Vault RIM, Veeva Vault Promomats and Model N GPM. Project planning, co-ordination, business analysis and testing for system enhancements to support Value dossier management, tracking of HTA (Health Technology Assessment) submissions, Global price management and International Reference Pricing including all needed documentation. Form a liaison between the business and the third-party technical vendor teams and collaborate with those teams to implement system enhancements. Manage the overall system implementation activities performed by 3rd party vendor resources Maintain system task backlog and track tasks to their completion. Escalate any project risks and challenges to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.RequirementsProven work experience as a Business Systems Analyst for technology platform implementations in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Extensive experience as a business systems analyst supporting complex technology platforms. Experience with business applications like Veeva Vault or Model N Global Price Management in the pharma domain is a must. Strong knowledge of key datasets stored and managed by HEOR and Market access systems and ability to extract and analyze them as per business need. Functional knowledge of the HEOR and Market access business areas is required. Subject matter expertise on processes around creation of global value dossiers, HTA submissions, tracking the submissions through their lifecycle and global price management, International Reference Pricing, Analytics is a plus. Experience using project collaboration tools like MS Office, JIRA and Smartsheets. Strong communication skills and ability to work and collaborate effectively in teams of different sizes.
