Steeldeck Rentals is a leading event structures company. We build temporary staging and seating structures across the UK from our offices in London and Manchester. Our clients include the likes of the Tate Modern, National Theatre, ITV, Royal Opera House, and a wide selection of festivals, cultural and sporting events.

Were looking for a Client Account Manager to join our friendly London team. The role is key to the business and involves managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of small staging and seating hires.

Youll be the first point of contact for new and established clients, guiding them through the hires process and liaising with the warehouse team andOperations Managerto ensure a timely delivery.

Youll get to work with a diverse client base, from film producers to football clubs, helping to make their events a success.

This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who is well organised and can confidently represent the business to potential clients.

Experience in events and structures is an advantage but is not essential and full training will be provided. We take pride in our team and creating a work environment where they can thrive.

The role

Managing enquiries from new and existing clients
Calculate quotes for dry hires to full builds, and plan stage designs in keeping with best practice and current available stock levels.
Liaise with warehouse, Operations, crew and drivers to ensure every stage hire goes to plan
Collate client feedback and project photography
Occasional additional administrative tasks supporting our accounts department and project management.

Issuing invoices and credit notes, taking payments
Essential job requirements

Excellent client care skills
A good communicator
Able to manage a varied workload and maintain attention to detail
Desirable Experience

Knowledge of Steeldeck Staging, temporary demountable structures and event builds\/strikes is an advantage
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a busy office with the ability to handle multiple enquiries at one time.

Use of specialist software including AutoCad for drawing stages, Current RMS for quotation and stock management, and Utrac for logistics
