Job description

It's an exciting time at With You as we work towards our strategic goal of radically improving the support available around drugs, alcohol and mental health.

We're looking for a Communications Officer to come and join our small but high performing Communications and Change Team.

As Communications Officer, you will help engage staff across our 100 services as we make transformational changes to help us work together better. In this role, you'll create strategic and audience-focused communications, write content, design and deliver events, and build on existing digital approaches to reach and engage our staff.

You'll also coach and support staff across the organisation to think differently about communications.

What we're looking for

Ideally you'll have:

Over one year's experience in a communications role

Experience of producing and measuring the impact of targeted communications and engagement plans

Excellent content writing skills, with the ability to write content for a variety of audiences across different formats

Experience in designing and managing events that engage audiences

The ability to use and take advantage of digital platforms and systems

The ability to understand complex information and present it in a simple way

Good people skills to help build relationships across the organisation, working alongside people who are passionate about our work to support people to change their lives.

Further information

This a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week.

You will also receive an Inner London Weighting allowance of £2,759.00 per annum (pro-rata if part-time).
