Communications Manager
Full Time, Fixed Term - maternity cover until the 13th January 2023
Salary: The salary range will be £45,610 - £53,757 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8.

Situated in a globally top university, Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is demonstrating impact and influence, including training the next generation of civil servants, bringing together leading global policy-making institutions, and establishing partnerships to address global challenges.

The Communications Manager will be a key role and will lead on the development and implementation of an integrated communications strategy to support IIPP's cutting-edge research, education, policy work and public programmes. This role offers an opportunity for a committed Communications Manager to play a key role in this Institute. While the primary purpose of the role is to develop communication strategies and build a supporting communications team, the role holder will be very hands on. This appointment is available until the 13th January 2023 in the first instance.

The post-holder will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring of a comprehensive communication, media and public relations strategy that will enhance IIPP's image and position within the marketplace and constituent communities whilst also ensuring alignment with UCL and Faculty strategies.
