Job description

• Horizon Scanning i.e. review all current & proposed regulatory changes
• Review the impact of such and ensure the business fully informed
• Help ensure all documentation & procedures changed whenever needed
• Liaise with Business management re proposed new products & services
• Ensure regulatory permissions accurately filed & maintained
• Ad Hoc projects

You should have at least two years relevant experience of Mortgage Compliance whether gained in similar in-house team, a consultancy or the Regulator but which must have included some previous experience of horizon scanning. NB this role is 100% remote although if occasional office attendance required in the South East (possibly every two months or so), then full travelling time and costs paid.
