An exceptional and commercially astute Health & Safety Leader is sought to head up the Construction Division of this forward-thinking Consultancy.

It's an excellent opportunity to join a highly agile H&S Consultancy providing ongoing solutions to the Construction Client portfolio both Pre-Construction and In-Construction services.

This role would suit an exceptional Manager who is passionate and collaborative, and experienced working with Client Teams and Construction H&S Consultants.

Package:

Basic salary circa 60k+.

25 days Holidays, Pension.

Activities will usually include:

Managing the Construction Consultancy team to deliver services and products.

Ensure the Construction Consultancy Team will achieve their commercial targets.

Act as the Account Manager for larger accounts and manage relevant Client relationships.

Solving Clients' H&S challenges, through finding solutions that fit with their individual needs, culture, environment, and expectations.

Execute Client work deliverables over the wide range of H&S related products.

Qualifications:

Nebosh Diploma NCRQ Diploma Certificate with experience in a similar role OR.

Nebosh Certificate / NCRQ Certificate with proven experience within a similar role.

Qualifications and experience to immediately attain CMIOSH Membership of the Institute of

Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Working towards IMaPS qualification with the Association of Project Safety.

Experience & Skills:

Experience of consulting gained within a dedicated H&S or CDM consultancy.

Experience working a multitude of H&S roles, some gained within a consultancy.

Proven track record of managing a team of construction related H&S consultants.

Demonstrable success of: managing multiple client accounts of varying sizes and complexity; dealing with all aspects of the account; scoping; delivering; provision of aftercare; and ensuring the successful commercial aspects of the accounts
