The client is a large NHS hospital based in East London, and this role is based full time on site.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Contact Centre Manager role are:

Review and manage high quality responses to appointment queries and other enquiries as appropriate.
Ensure that KPI's are met by providing support, coaching, training and performance management to their teams
To be responsible for the contact centre team
Establish highly effective working relationships with internal colleagues
Ensure queries and responses are tracked to ensure all patients receive a response in a timely manner
Main point of contact for team queries, helping to resolve complex queries
Produce regular performance reports
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this Contact Centre Manager role must have:

Education to a degree level or equivalent
Management qualification at NVQ level 4 or equivalent level of training and experience
Experience at management level, ideally within the NHS
Experience of analysing performance data
Understanding of patient access policies
Excellent IT skills
The ability to work under pressure with resilience

On offer to the candidate is a 1 year temporary maternity cover contract to work as a Contact Centre Manager for the NHS. The role is based full time on site in East London and is offering between £20 and £22 per hour. The successful candidate must have previous experience of management and managing a team, ideally within the NHS. Interviews to be held ASAP, with the idea to get someone started as quickly as possible.
