Role: Content Planning Manager
Location: London, UK (White City)
Type: Hybrid (Occasional office assignments)
Rate: £375-425 per day, Inside IR35
Duration: until 28th of February 2022/2nd of March 2022, with a probability of extension.
This role is for Our Client, one of the biggest Broadcasting Companies
Job Purpose
Supporting the Director, Customer Engagement in delivering best in class Customer experiences for our key partners, internal and external to access and engage with our content, this role will have oversight of the content pipeline, planning our Customer marketing content output against the business priorities
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
* Establishing and implementing a new process with Content Partnerships, sales and production to set up ways of working to map the promotion of content to our customer base.
* On an ongoing basis, acting as a central point person, liaising with key stakeholders across Sales, Content Partnerships, Marketing & Creative, to identify the content pipeline priorities
* Working with the marketing team to drive the creation of new and updated content for the customer experience centres: images, animation and video
* Manage end to end production to ensure all elements and projects are delivered on time and on budget
* Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, managing multiple stakeholders
* Overseeing the process with the support of the team Co-ordinator and sales planning Co-ordinator
* Informing genre leads, content marketing, CRM and creative of asset requirements
* Responsible for content planning process, overseeing content asset tracker & marketing assets deliver to content pipeline/sales needs
* Monitor & feedback on competitors editorial positioning and communication activity
* Feeding into the Dynamic Content Pipeline project
* Feeding into the annual and quarterly budgeting process
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience of project and asset management
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Attention to detail and able to work at pace
* Able to manage several projects simultaneously
* Dynamic and confident, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Enjoys working collaboratively
* Able to take own initiative to maintain project momentum
* Previous experience working with content development and delivery
* Experience or understanding of the media sector and/or sales environment
