We are looking for a talented project manager, with experience of working on complex technology projects. Our CRM Programme is about to enter the build phase, and the project manager will pull together the workstreams, working within our core project team and collaborating closely with our consulting and technical partners to schedule and monitor resources. This is an exciting and pivotal role within a high performing and supportive team.

Experience of taking a project through implementation stages up to a fully operational state and beyond.
Experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including third party suppliers, to successfully deliver projects.
Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile, processes and standards.
Ability to communicate effectively, in one-to-one situations, in small groups and before larger audiences, including facilitating workshops.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience of influencing, convincing or negotiating with others in a way that results in acceptance and behaviour change.
Ability to approach problems in a structured way, and find innovative solutions.
Ability to prioritise workload, and to organise time and resources effectively; creating detailed plans and supporting documentation, and prioritising the activities needed to drive the project forward.
Commitment to AA's vision, mission and values, including a commitment to feminist principles, safeguarding, and working in an organisation committed to working for the rights of women and girls.
Commitment to continually improving your digital skills and knowledge within the working environment.
Desirable experience.
Knowledge of or experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
In-depth understanding of how technology can be used to support organisational objectives.
Experienced user of MS Office products and project management software including Smartsheet.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques (eg PRINCE2, Agile).
ActionAid is committed to driving improvement through digital channels, tools and ways of working. We will ensure that we provide the technology and the training to enable all staff to perform their roles to the best of their abilities. In return, we ask that all staff are committed to continually improving their digital skills and knowledge within the working environment. Our recruitment processes will evaluate the digital skills of all applicants.
ActionAid is committed to supporting flexible working. If you would like to discuss flexible working options, including the possibility of a job share for this role, there will be space to do so during the interview process.
