Customer Care Executive - Ipswich

Location: Ipswich
Permanent / Hybrid / Flexible working Available

About the role
Working within the Customer Care team, you'll be the 'voice of the customer' and make sure we're delivering a high standard of service. You'll proactively manage around 40 customer complaints at any given time, gaining a full understanding of each one and showing empathy as you help resolve them.

You'll be communicating with customers every day, so your desire to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships is essential. Using your skills and experience, you'll quickly build a strong and trusting relationship with each customer and deliver a tailored service. In this busy role, you'll work against the clock without compromising your level of customer service, attention to detail, or accuracy.

A typical week will include working collaboratively across the business and taking ownership of comprehensive investigations while keeping the customer updated and maintaining records. You must also make sure that all decisions and resolutions are in line with industry regulations as well as our own internal complaints process.

About You
As this is a busy role, you'll be highly organised and able to manage your own daily priorities. You'll also have excellent attention to detail and systems skills. You'll draw on your excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience to drive a reduction in time taken to resolve complaints and increase customer retention rates.

If you've already proven yourself in complaint handling and can demonstrate your ability to adopt a professional approach to difficult conversations, this could be the ideal role for you.
