Customer Operations Executive | Full Time | Permanent | FinTech

I am partnered with a FinTech company that are building the next-gen banking ecosystem empowering everyday consumers to access the new and exciting world of digital assets.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for our first Customer Operations Executive, who will build, interact and create strong bonds with our users, and provide a great customer experience and provide world class customer care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist users with account, app and product related questions via chat, e-mail and phone (phone lines not yet operated)
Performing due diligence on customer documentation using internal and external sources to complete KYC checks
Internally report bugs, incidents or suspicious activity and follow up accordingly
Record complaints in line with regulations and company policies
Working on an Adhoc basis
Exceed service expectations while minimising customer effort
Support customer services in the improve of the customer's journey

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience in a fast-growing company
An interest in the FinTech industry AND experience with start ups or a fast environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience working in a customer facing role in a regulated environment eg bank, e-money provider, insurance, etc.
Knowledge of TCF, KYC and AML

Flexible in ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
Hours will be variable on a rotating shift pattern between 7am and 7pm.
