Customer Service Advisor - Uxbridge - Temp - \u00A315.88 per hour

Your new company

A fantastic organisation in Uxbridge are seeking 5 x Customer Service Advisors to join their customer experience function. This role is an ongoing temporary position and is will be partly home working and partly office based until government guidelines change and this becomes a fully office based role. The role will be on a rotating shift from 8pm to 4pm or 10am to 6pm with an occasional weekend worked (time off during the week if so).

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all customers via phone, email and webchat. This role will involve significant interaction with internal staff. Key duties include inbound call handling and dealing with customer queries, updating customer information and handling complaints. Experience of working in housing, property, maintenance or lettings is preferable!

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous customer service experience and be immediately available to start with interviews being held next week! You will have experience with taking calls, responding to customer emails and dealing with webchats. In this role you will need to be systems savy so the ability to pick up new software and technology is necessary for this position. It is required that this role will be office based in the longer term so candidates need to live a commutable distance from Uxbridge.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive an hourly rate of \u00A315.88 including holiday pay. The role will be on a rotating shift from 8pm to 4pm or 10am to 6pm with an occasional weekend worked (time off during the week if so). Parking is available on site at \u00A310.00 per month.

positions will initially be for 4 months with possibility of extension will be required.
