Customer Service Co-ordinator East London Temp until end of April 2022 £13.24 per hour (Umbrella)

Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator X2 positions
Location: Silvertown. E16 2AT. Split Home/office working could be considered once trained.
Start: 01/12/2021 (asap)
End: 30/04/2022
Pay: Basic £10.48 Premium PAYE £12 Umbrella £13.24

Job Description
Mon-Fri 8 hours. Shift pattern tbc, Early shift :00, late shift Every other Saturday 07:00 to 1200 once trained.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team based in Silvertown.
We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it's important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you'll build and maintain solid working relationships with customers, suppliers and the local team, including drivers.
You'll accurately process all order information and respond positively and confidently to our customers requests scheduling and planning to ensure timely delivery of orders agreed with our customers optimising cost through effective planning
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous customer service, scheduling or distribution experience gained within the fast-paced environment or similar. As well as possess good communication and have a real desire in developing your own skills.
