At OSTTRA we are passionate about our clients and are consequently looking for a Relationship Manager who is ready to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be a dedicated advocate who possesses excellent relationship management skills who can autonomously manage complex issues and drive maximum value/ success to existing clients. They will also encourage strategic adoption and expansion, all whilst building long-lasting relationships and promoting the OSTTRA brand.

Role Summary:

  • Manage and act as an escalation point across a group of clients, build / retain relationships with ‘Heads of’ & C-suite executives to drive and increase adoption and utilization of OSTTRA products, with a focus of revenue protection and growth.
  • Maintain a high touch engagement model with clients through regular cross functional business and operational reviews
  • Develop a trusted adviser relationship and account planning process with partners and internal teams, ensuring that all activities are closely aligned with client business strategies and internal goals
  • Help cultivate a sense of priority, professionalism and execution that establishes a new level of expected client experience
  • Proactive, horizontal collaboration
  • Be the voice of the customer
  • Provide visibility and transparency into client health through internal MIS and reporting

Skills:
  • A sound knowledge of financial markets and market participants.
  • Asset class knowledge, FX, OTC or Securities desirable
  • Experience in a client facing operational, project management or Account management role supporting one or more cloud-based products
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Execution focused ‘Get it done’ attitude
