At Scope we work to drive forward everyday for equality for disabled people through our services and campaigns. This role is critical in the design of our data collection, analysis of our data, and in sharing and communicating findings.
The Role
We are looking for a Data Analysis Manager with a passion for analysing why our services work, and a talent for identifying how we can apply our findings to increase impact.
We collect rich outcomes data from our services, present this through PowerBI, and feed this into our evaluations. In this role you will lead on data analysis, managing a small team of a Data Analysis Officer and Secondment Statistician.
About You
You'll work alongside our Strategy and Impact, Services and Policy teams. Using your knowledge of data analysis, statistics and evaluation, you'll monitor service performance and conduct in depth analysis for our evaluations.
With solid experience in the measurement, data analysis and evaluation of services, you'll share our commitment to building the evidence base for our work, to inform policy and practice within this organisation and more widely.
