Design Analyst

Core role (80%)

Write scripts for training sessions and craft supporting documents to help guide learning experiences with the support of senior designers
Adapt writing styles to meet client audiences ranging from Early Talent (apprentices, graduates, etc.

) through to C-Suite Executives
Develop experiential and immersive content (speaker notes, slides and relevant supporting materials) based on client specifications\/brief
Research current thinking and science on behavioural change to contribute to our in-house database of resources
Contribute to ideations\/creative brainstorming
Contribute to small projects by self- and peer-analysing writing
Contribute to building working relationships with clients
Build constructive working relationships to collaborate with colleagues using our project processes
Analyse training and learning impact for clients and internal workstreams
Contribute to advisory reports and presentations for clients
Maintain knowledge of unique ourmethodology and keep up-to-date with industry trends (including innovations and research), news and market activity

Support team members with business development activities (such as contributing to sales proposals)
Contribute to client relationship building, communicating with key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to promote projects to meet client needs

Skills & Experience

Experience in writing for different audiences
You have a passion for the Talent Development\/L&D space
Attention to detail and high-quality communication skills
Experience in or knowledge of immersive, experiential training and\/or learning design (desirable)
Analytical thinking and ability to contribute to complex problem solving
Use of structured, methodical and flexible task management
Positive attitude
Client relationship building experience
Calm under pressure, adaptive and responsive to change
Honest, open and co-operative attitudes to work
Knowledge of learning and behavioural science principles is advantageous
