We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer to support project based in London.
Job Description:
- Strong experience in enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life cycle management.
- Expertise in patch management and software distribution tools to ensure software updates are implemented network-wide in a timely manner
- Experience in image creation that contains security updates and applying said image to all hard drives on the network.
- Plan, design, build and deploy Enterprise Mobile Device Management infrastructure for clients.
- Administering, supporting and Integrating Intune, EMS infrastructure with SCCM and provision mobile and Windows devices
- Expertise in creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles and deployment to managed client devices
- Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by the end user. These issues could be software related, such as identifying malware, or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. This requires an extensive knowledge of popular operating systems and software.
- Good Knowledge in creating functional disk images - a file that contains the contents and structure of a hard drive or other data storage device. They can then troubleshoot flaws causing software to malfunction by using this default image.
- Configuration of Windows AutoPilot, deployment of OS upgrades and application along with MDM, MAM, MCM policies
- Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs.
- Hands on experience on design, build and implementation of Intune platform and handling integration with 3rd party services such as Office 365 etc.
- Very good understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
- Good expertise with Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory service for managing cloud identity.
- Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform. Good knowledge on application packaging and MSI technologies.
- Candidates is expected to provide technical solution advice for complex systems and make decisions on the operating procedures and analytical approaches.
- SCCM CB design and implementation with IBCM, CMG, co-management etc.
- Expert in SCCM roles and functions.
- Experienced in SQL Administration relevant to SCCM
- Good understanding of SQL replication and able to demonstrate L3 capabilities around SQL technologies.
- Prepare HLD and LLD documents
- Excellent understanding of Windows Server OS and desktop OS
- Must demonstrate good knowledge on PowerShell and Automation
- Very good Software Update management, Process and deployments
- Experience in DNS, DHCP, PKI, ESUS, PXE boot, GPO.
- Experienced in image build, MDT and process
- Ability to interact with Customers and gather requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft support tools, such as DNS, storage and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work with multiple team, mentor them and ensure service delivery on time
- Must be self-driven and able to work with no or minimal supervision.
