Primary Purpose: Reporting into the Senior Director of eCommerce, the role of the Digital Art Worker for Kate Spade is to lead the delivery of primary and secondary digital campaigns from pre-approved global imagery (including producing assets for our websites, affiliate partners, social platforms, email, in-store and third party marketing sites). The Digital Art Worker will strive to deliver consistent artwork for all digital channels, ensuring all assets are locally relevant, optimized by channel, format and device, whilst keeping the brand's identity at its core.The successful candidate will work closely with the European Ecommerce, Marketing & CRM/Digital teams as well as the Project Management and Creative teams in NA to create locally relevant and best in-class digital artwork across both Retail and Outlet channels.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Artwork and Design to... Create and deliver digital site assets from pre-approved campaign imagery to be used across our European websites, supporting both our retail and outlet business, ensuring that each site is locally relevant and satisfies customer needsCreate and deliver customer emails (marketing and triggered) to support our retail and outlet business across all European markets, again ensuring locally relevant content across each region Create and deliver digital assets for use across performance marketing campaigns across retail and outlet (including but not limited to affiliates, display and paid social) across our European marketsCreate bespoke European-focused postcards/direct mail to inspire and engage customers who have shopped online or in-store via in parcel and in-store engagement campaignsWork with translations partners to translate pre-approved campaign creative into a broad variety of global digital assets, ensuring consistency across all elements and delivered on timePartner with Ecommerce Country Managers to build upon and execute regional creative needs to develop and improve customer engagement, conversion rate, AUR and user experience specific to the target marketCommunicate effectively with the broader creative team; project managers, copywriters, product designers, ensuring insights are shared and local European creative needs and customer expectations are metKeep up to date with trends, best practices and digital advancements, looking at competitors to improve digital design across marketsWork with the Senior Online Trade Manager to better understand onsite customer behavior and use insights for future artwork enhancementsTake a diligent approach to ensuring all content is optimized for various devices, in particular mobileSimultaneously oversee multiple projects from different stakeholders across the business (Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM & Digital), ensuring deadlines are metThe accomplished individual will possess... 3+ years' experience in a similar digital roleExperience in working with Sketch and and proficiency in the adobe creative suiteExperience of working with Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage but not essentialBackground in online retail, preferably in a multi-channel, globally branded environment with experience in a matrix or global organization set upConfident understanding of web design, UX/UI and performance metricsKnowledge of best practice for mobile EcommerceCustomer focused, ensuring customer needs are met in each marketExcellent organizational skills, be able to multi-talk ad prioritize a large and varied workload, according to ever evolving business needsExperience in using Demandware/Salesforce Ecommerce platforms an advantage but not essentialAble to work autonomously and as a team member in a fast-faced environmentExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to collaborate across global teamsStrong problem solving skills; proactive and take initiativeAbility to act quickly to last minute requests and changesProactive, positive and can-do attitudeAn outstanding professional will have...
