We position ourselves as creative problem solvers.

For us that means pushing ourselves to find the best creative and technical solution in the production of digital advertising assets for globally recognised brands.

You might have studied a degree in Digital Media, Design Technology or an area related to web technologies. Or you might be a creative person who has self-taught their way to being a javascript\/adobe ninja. Either way you're a code craftsman, a tech tinkerer and a natural in what good looks like.

Ideally youll already have a solid understanding of vanilla javascript and GSAP Tween Libraries, know your way around Adobe CC, especially finding your groove in Animate, After Effects and Photoshop. You will have a solid understanding and experience in delivering \/ prepping HTML5 banners on ad serving platforms like;
Doubleclick, Sizmek, FlashTalking and Celtra.

As well as experience working with Google Web Designer.

You want to push yourself and inspire others creatively, eager to learn more tricks of the trade and raise the bar.

Youll have experience of whats achievable within budget\/time constraints and find creative solutions to tackle that. You will have a collaborative mindset in both creative and production environments and have a love for all things brand, marketing and creative.
