Job description
We are seeking an experiencedDigital Media Plannerto manage and execute the digital media planning for our UK-based Arts & Entertainment clients. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience within a performance media team, is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and has expert communication skills.
This role is a UK hire for our London office.
The London office launched in September 2020, and this role will be key to growing the digital media strategy of the UK office. Working within a startup environment, this role will develop and execute digital media plans based on client objectives in collaboration with our internal team members and our NY Head Office.
Youll also work with vendors and partners and be responsible for launching, optimizing your media campaigns, and ensuring delivery in full.
The ideal candidate will be able to not only optimize campaigns and revise bidding and targeting strategies but will be expected to carry out deep, expert reporting and analysis of the campaign progress as well as communicate that information into a clear, easy-to-understand report for clients.

The role has two core areas of responsibility:
Digital Media Planning
Create media strategies and tactical plans that meet client objectives
Seek out new vendors and maintain relationships with ongoing media partners
Evaluate data from paid digital campaigns, and make recommendations for optimizations and future campaigns based on media performance
Write up key findings for client-facing reports
Digital Media Buying
Execute approved performance-based media plans.
Execution includes:
Building campaigns in self-managed platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Facebook\/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
)
Trafficking third-party served campaigns in Campaign Manager
Delivering tags and creative assets to vendors and following up for screenshots once a campaign launches
Troubleshooting when a campaign is not running properly
Pacing campaigns weekly to ensure well deliver in full and not overspend
Optimize campaigns based on performance
Pull and format data for client-facing media reports

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media planning in an ad agency
Previous experience with Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Google Ads (Display, Video, and Native), Facebook\/Instagram, and Twitter experience is preferred
Previous experience and familiarity with Google Analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
