Our client is looking for a Director of Marketing with strong digital marketing expertise, who is driven by disrupting an industry and providing a new pathway for the future leaders.

The Role

- Develop and oversee the delivery of marketing and strategies whilst planning and delivering programmes.

- Define the marketing budget including campaign cost, recruitment budgets and analyse the spend

- Lead, develop and oversee the delivery of the brand strategy

- Define the tone and voice of the organisation whilst ensuring high standards across all communications

- Develop and oversee the content strategy (internal and external) to grow the community of prospective learners and partners.

- Key role in proposition development of new products work closely with other teams to ensure the same brand message

Requirements

- Over 10 years experience within marketing, including at a senior leadership level

- Extensive experience within digital marketing mobile and social media, including the use of new technology to build engagement across different platforms

- Experienced in overseeing and developing brand positioning, deeper understanding of brand management and following this through with new product launches

- Experience in developing and delivering successful marketing events both online and in-person

- Creative thinker and problem solver
