We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of managing client accounts. We value creativity and lateral thinking, and you will need to show both creative flair and a passion for helping clients navigate a complex and challenging stakeholder world.A polished and articulate presenter, you will be at home both planning pitches and delivering presentations to diverse and exacting audiences, including senior leaders of global businesses. Strategic thinking is a must, and you will originate, manage and implement programmes that are effective across multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying trends within the communications landscape and will demonstrate an understanding of and/or best practice in areas such as integrated communications planning, issues and crisis management, social media performance, sustainability, purpose and ESG-related communications.What You'll DoDeliver to ClientsLead on several programmes, including both retained and project work, ensuring that client programmes are agreed, and project plans are implementedBring fresh ideas and new thinking to client engagementsProvide strategic advice to a portfolio of clients, manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and develop excellent relationships with client headsGenerate supportive media coverage for clients - with a great book of journalist contacts to create opportunities for your clientsAnticipate potentially challenging situations, evaluate alternatives and implement them (and work in a fast-paced environment)Apply focus and commitment to client retention through exemplary service deliveryHelps clients identify and escalate risks in order to act and communicate with integrityUnderstands and lives by FTI's values, Code of Ethics and the Strategic Communications Rules of Practice, and works with junior staff to embed these concepts within the firm's culture.
