In this role you will be a key contributor to Apple's regional eCommerce strategy and will be responsible for driving and maximizing Apple's eCommerce Channel business through innovative data and analytics management and insights development. You will collaborate closely with Apple's Worldwide (WW) and Western Europe (WE) eCommerce channel teams, regional sales teams, cross-functional business partners and external partners to revolutionise digital partner engagement and transform Apple's customer experience with data.Key QualificationsRelevant and recent experience in a data analyst and/or data science role, ideally within an eCommerce company or functionPossesses an uncanny ability for recognizing business opportunities through data and developing actionable commercial insightsPassion for all types of data analytics: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive; with a strong focus on data mining and working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured dataExperience working with & deploying modern data management and analytics solutions, such as BI Applications, ETL tools, advanced data processing and visualization. For example, Tableau (including Prep), ThoughtSpot, Google Analytics 360, Alteryx, advanced Excel etc. Familiarity with Python / R is a plusExperience working with large scale eCommerce data and analytics platform to manage digital KPIs, benchmarking, testing and optimization capabilities and resultsExperience with designing, planning and analysing A/B experiments, UX project impact and customer engagement across eCommerce partnersEntrepreneurial and curious mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity while being able to "focus on what matters most"Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences to drive WE Channel eCommerce strategyProven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects with the ability to inspire and influence across the full organizational spectrumStrong organizational skills with an ability to structure and streamline various work streams while maintaining attention to detailDescriptionResponsible for ensuring eCommerce data and analytics drive insights that enable key CX and Sales decisions across product categories, Channel partners and WE markets Develop scalable solutions to streamline, curate and manage various datasets that power the measurement and analysis of eCommerce KPIs, market trends and programs Work closely with WW and WE eCommerce sales team to support the development of advanced eCommerce Data and Analytics capabilities Work with internal and external (channel partner or third party) data to identify new opportunities and mechanisms to optimize Apple's eCommerce customer experience, sales and programs Assess the potential and effectiveness of new eCommerce initiatives, partnerships and programs against performance benchmarks and investment levers Partner with Apple's digital CX teams to develop key insights to online CX testing results driving the optimization of the CX testing strategy and roadmap Support the WE sales teams in the development of business cases, playbooks, Channel partner sell-ins and digital channel margin framework modeling, influencing strategy through data Develop and manage the cadence for the consistent reporting of key eCommerce trends, partner performance and data best practices Develop holistic benchmarking of Channel eCommerce partners comparing effectiveness & potential of their online versus physical routes to market capabilities across product categoriesEducation & ExperienceMinimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field.
