Job Overview

As our Pre Sales Director EMEA, you'll lead a seasoned team of Solution Advisors responsible for winning hearts & minds by showcasing the iCIMS Talent Cloud, sharing customer success stories, and tailoring unique value propositions for our clients, while guiding them on how to leverage our solution to address their biggest challenges as they build their Winning Workforce.

You'll partner directly with the Prospect and Customer Sales teams to deliver on Customer Success and will be responsible for training, motivating and mentoring your team, in addition to conducting performance analysis, maintaining our CRM and serving as a subject matter expert. This position is based at our London office.

Responsibilities

  • align closely with Senior Leadership and internal departments to execute the strategies associated with solutioning for all iCIMS' customers.
  • ensure that the Solution Advisory teams are supporting sales initiatives by providing accurate & dynamic input, solution support & demonstrations of iCIMS Talent Cloud for business development purposes (through webinars and in-person meetings) within all segments.
  • establish and maintain an inspirational, dynamic work environment that appeals to top talent and enables operational objectives.
  • provide vision, planning & prioritization for team resources, delegating and assigning projects, duties, and objectives that align to individual's strengths, dreams, and desires.
  • lead and coach the team, structuring appropriate training and development for growth whilst eliminating roadblocks and driving motivation through individualized coaching.
  • focus on building and improving process efficiencies within a virtual team and broader organization.
  • leverage reports on team metrics and results to continuously drive departmental improvement and insight to leadership and stakeholders.
  • serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for client presentations/inquiries, GTM decisions, and organizational changes.
  • use Salesforce CRM to track and record sales activity to ensure that metrics can be accurately measured.

Qualifications

  • Extensive track record in presales preferably in the HR,Technology and/or Software-as-a-Service industry combined with at least 3 years prior experience leading presales teams.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building high performing teams.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple clients and issues simultaneously.
  • Effective negotiator, problem solver and creative thinker.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, resilience and creativity when solving for complex issues.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Must be able to travel at least 40% of the time.

Preferred

Ideally you will also have:

  • Virtual management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Talent Acquisition Solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Salesforce.com experience.
