Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The regional Employer Branding & Recruiting Marketing Specialist works closely with the regional Employer Branding Manager to support BCG's local and regional recruiting teams to adapt and optimize local recruiting communication strategies in line with the global recruiting strategy.

This is a one year fixed-term contract role.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Supporting BCG's local recruiting teams in their marketing activities, co-designing, reviewing and editing materials
  • Creating all recruiting marketing materials (incl social media and video) for regional recruiting events
  • Preparation of creative materials, managing external agency teams for regionally usable marketing materials
  • Assist Regional Employer Branding & Recruiting Marketing Manager in measuring ROI and effectiveness/efficiency of employer branding and marketing campaigns and advising local teams accordingly
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst local teams

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • ​​​​​​ BA/BS degree
  • Three or more years of relevant practical experience in copywriting/editing, social media, video production and creative content creation(e.g. at an advertising agency or in the marketing, PR, or employer branding team of a financial services or professional services firm)
  • Functional knowledge of branding/marketing and ideally also recruiting
  • Strong affinity in marketing/communication and social media topics (communication visuals, texting, etc.) across different cultures and countries
  • Professionalism and service-oriented behavior to fulfill the needs of recruiting teams
  • Superior project management skills and the ability to get things done
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening) and fluency in English (native speakers preferred) and preferably another European language (German, French, or Spanish preferred)
  • Autonomy, ability to manage ambiguity, self-motivation
  • Ability to interact with intercultural teams at senior and junior levels in a non­ hierarchical manner
  • Sound analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities.
