Engineering Manager - Central London - Trophy Site

£60,000 - £65,000

We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a leading, property management organisation, to join their site-based team at a 'trophy' site of theirs.

Our client has an extremely large presence across major European countries, and manage multi-billion pounds worth of assets, which include commercial, retail, and residential properties.

As the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Building Manager in the day-to-day management of the property, with your focus being on managing the technical aspects of the property. You will also be involved in:

Manage the technical service partners on site
Identify innovative ways to improve on energy & sustainability
Act as an emergency point of contact as and when required
Monitoring health & safety across the asset
Deputising for the Senior Building Manager when they are absentThe ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

Strong mechanical and electrical background (HNC/HND/Degree or Masters in a Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Subject)
A broad experience in Technical FM operations
Experience auditing 3rd party suppliers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues
