You do this by partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operarations for operational excellence in the areas of strategic planning, forecasting, sales compensation and systems & tools. You seize every opportunity and empower others to reach their goals along the way.DescriptionDesign, build, facilitate and own the core sales processes needed to run the business - this includes weekly forecast & pipeline management, coverage & territory design, account segmentation, quota allocation, and business objectives. Ability to Partner at all levels within the Organisation with a key strength being able to manipulate significant volumes of data and lift this into critical management information to improving the overall effectiveness of the sales teams Design and Develop Sales metrics to improve the overall effectiveness of the Sales Teams. Ability to elevate this into conversation and ensure they are embraced and adopted in country to measure success. Lead strategic business planning activities to enable future revenue growth.Education & ExperienceExperience working ins sales planning and business/sales operations; or similar experience in finance or analytics functions, balanced between delivering on short-term revenue goals, while seeing around corners to enable future growth. Proficient in Excel, Data modelling and Tableau Experience and Exposure to salesforce.com () with experience in system design, process automation and process improvement.
