Job Title: ERC & Talent Coordinator EMEA

Location: Remote/London

Duration: 6 months Contract initially

Duties:

  • The role of the ERC & Talent Coordinator is to partner with a team of Talent Coordinators to support the Talent Partners and Talent Scouts by ensuring a positive experience for the candidate throughout the interviewing and onboarding process.
  • Estimated portfolio of this Talent Coordinator's time will primarily be in these three areas:
    • 1. Candidate Management - 75 percent
    • 2. Client Management - 20 percent
    • 3. Other projects - 5 percent.
  • Simultaneously support 3-4 Talent Partners to manage the candidate flow through interviews, offers and hiring.
  • Manage complex candidate interview scheduling for phone screens, in-person and remote interviews, including travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Partner with the Talent Partner and hiring manager to finalize the offer letter and coordinate sending out the supporting employment documents.
  • Audit offer and candidate information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process.
  • Work with the Data Operations team to ensure the candidate is hired accurately into Workday and create the new hire files.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions.
  • Participate and support other Talent Operations as necessary, including University Talent, Global Mobility, M and A, and Employment Branding.
  • The ERC & Talent Coordinator will also partner with the regional Employee Experience team, especially the Employee Resource Generalist team to ensure a great employee experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Education:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience is required.
