Job description

A leading international B2B conference company producing some of the worlds most successful trade shows is looking to add a Marketing Manager to its team of award-winning marketers. You'll be responsible for producing cost effective, highly targeted direct-marketing plans for conferences and exhibitions, have the opportunity to attend these international events and benefit from great development potential;
shares in the company and a performance related bonus on top of a generous salary and large-company benefits.

Event Marketing Manager role

Maximising return from all marketing channels
Delivery of all delegate, visitor and attendee revenue generation and the development of attendee\/delegate pricing strategies and reporting.

Data analysis and segmentation
Commissioning list research to build the target audience database
Print production and direct mail management
Co-ordinating timely and targeted email marketing campaigns
Negotiating advertising deals and managing PR Strategy.

Maximising promotion of your event through media partners
Working closely with the sales team ensuring the best leads are generated
Social media platforms;
utilising Twitter and Linkedin
Maximising opportunities from the website and ensuring copy conveys USPs and is optimised for SEO
Event Marketing Manager requirements:

A minimum of twelve months marketing-related experience
Degree from a well-regarded University
Ideally some e-commerce experience
Excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness.

Strong project management skills, being able to manage projects on an extensive scale
People management experience managing direct reports, leading teams, managing performance and conduct and training
Ability to produce creative and well thought out marketing plans
Strong IT skills and systems management (e.

g.

experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing and marketing automation software)
Meticulous attention to detail
