Job description

A West London Secondary School are looking for a personable and organised individual to join their team as an Exams Officer as soon as possible. This will be a full time position working term time only + 3 weeks. Working hours will be 35 hours per week. The FTE salary for this role is 25,745 - 26,939.

The school offer places to 11-19 year olds. They offer state-of-the-art facilities, training and development opportunities and excellent resources across the whole school.

This role requires some to oversee all aspects of the examinations management and systems within school and ensure the smooth running of internal and external exams.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation skills, strong IT skills, the ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills. The role requires someone to liaise with staff, parents, exam invigilators, outside agencies and examination boards.

Applicants must have previous experience working in a school environment and excellent experience using Microsoft packages and SIMs.

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
