National Voices is the leading coalition of health and social care charities in England. We have more than 180 members covering a diverse range of health conditions and communities, connecting us with the experiences of millions of people. We work together to strengthen the voice of patients, service users, carers, their families, and the voluntary organisations that work for them, with a particular focus on people affected by inequality and disadvantage.

We are looking for a personable and capable Executive Assistant for our Chief Executive, Charlotte Augst. The role will provide high-level support across a range of areas, enabling Charlotte to focus on leading the charity, growing the National Voices coalition and maintaining our considerable influencing success.

This is a varied role which requires someone who can think on their feet at the same time as ensuring high-quality administrative and organisational support. The postholder will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders from across our member charities, the NHS and government, whilst supporting a growing organisation to undertake vital work that makes a tangible difference to people using health and care services.

National Voices has a strong commitment to tackling inequality and racism.
