TRIUM is a leading Global Executive MBA programme run jointly by the London School of Economics (LSE), New York University Stern School of Business (NYU Stern) and HEC School of Management Paris (HEC), currently ranked #1 by QS and #5 by the Financial Times. The programme comprises six intensive, intellectually rigorous modules, hosted at various locations across the world.

TRIUM has an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Director. In collaboration with the TRIUM Vice Deans' Board and the Academic Dean and Directors, the Executive Director leads and directs TRIUM's overall strategic planning and execution and liaises with the Academic Dean on all matters relating to academic and overall quality of the program. The Executive Director directs the development of sophisticated analyses to inform strategic decision making and makes recommendations for improvement. The Executive Director also leads and develops TRIUM staff in all non-academic areas of the program (marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations and program delivery, alumni and careers, finance, technology), and collaborates globally with colleagues in supporting departments in partner schools.

The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) and extensive experience in progressively responsible leadership roles in higher education, program management, marketing, communications, alumni relations, admissions, operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They will also have experience with project management, strategic planning, leadership skills, ability to cultivate productive relationships in a global environment, excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. The post will also require the ability to use data to inform strategic decision making and sound financial and administrative management.
