Job description


Our client, a successful commercial TV broadcaster, is seeking temporary cover for a Facilities Coordinator.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the office, meeting rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms are kept orderly and clean.
Communicating with cleaners and relevant persons for repairs etc.
Coordinating contractors and suppliers as needed.

Responding to requests and queries.
Managing post and subscriptions.
Ordering and distributing office supplies.
Organising deliveries and couriers as required.
Managing the setup of meetings and arranging refreshments as needed.
Coordinating archiving and recycling days and managing locker inventory.

Support the onboarding of new starters and leavers, working with IT and HR teams.
Ensuring security is maintained for the building and company assets are monitored.
Performing regular Health & Safety checks as directed by Head of Facilities and organise training days for staff.

Complying with financial procedures and raising POs.
Requirements:

Proactive approach to work, using own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Good understanding of confidentiality.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
