A leading international banking organisation is currently hiring for a Finance Business Partner, to work closely with a number of non-finance departments within the Bank.

You'll be responsible for managing budgets and expenditure as well as supporting on future planning when it comes to building financial frameworks for the Bank.

Key Responsibilities - Finance Business Partner

• Establish the Banks expenditure budget and monitor it's execution
• Build close working relationships with senior management teams to understand challenges, costs, resources etc.
• Challenge ExCo members and MDs and support their understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support in delivering long-term financial strategy of the bank and maintain controls of costs across functions
• Lead the business partnering team when it comes to managing budget execution and interaction with the business.
• Partner with front office, technology, HR and Admin teams.
• Manage a small team of analysts/accountants

You will be a qualified accountant with a number of years PQE, in business-facing commercial finance roles. You'll have a track record of delivering successful budgets and managing a significant cost-base, ideally with financial services / Banking.

Naturally, as a Finance Business Partner you will be a people-person, skilled at forming close working relationships and being able to use numbers to paint a picture of the business to non-finance heads.
