As our new Front Office Manager we are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Citadines Trafalgar Square London team. As Front Office Manager you will be Reporting to the Assistant Residence Manager, you will manage the Front Office department ensuring an outstanding guest experience. As the Front Office Manager you will: Ensure the Front Office team offers a warm welcome and exceeds our guest expectation on a day to day basis. Live the Citadines brand, motivating and leading your teamLead the team, ensuring guest service scores are above the required standardsWorking with all departments in the property to ensure operational efficiencyEnsuring compliance in key focus areas (service standards, financial, reporting) through the relevant administrationSupport and actively contribute towards guest feedback managementEncouraging service excellence, enhancing the guest experienceLeading your team by example in operations, getting involved in all areas of the business, working various shifts throughout the week To be successful in the role of Front Office Manager you must have: Minimum of 2 years hotel/serviced apartment supervisory experienceFluent English, both verbal and written (bilingualism is highly desirable)Proficient level of IT systems including Microsoft Office SuiteProperty Management System Experience desired (RMS)Intermediate understanding of general health-safety & fire safetyThe ability to work flexibly across 7 days a week supporting the business In return, we will provide you with: Great benefits, including 28 days annual leave (including the 8 English bank holidays), discounted hotel rates across Europe, wellbeing checks, season ticket loans and much moreValuable training and development opportunities About Us The Ascott Limited is the largest international serviced residence owner and operator based in Singapore.
