Gas Compliance Office
Romford, Essex
£11.00 - £11.50 per hour

Main Purpose of the Job/Key Objectives:

* To provide effective and responsive administrative support for allocated operational activity in a robust, timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
* To read and understand certificates
* To understand gas compliance and terms
* To understand court procedures and warrants
* Disseminate the works to relevant departments and contractors
* Chase completions and update records
* Keep accurate records by using Data systems.
* Assisting the team leader with monitoring to ensure compliance with team targets and standards
* Liaising with officers, contractors and suppliers as required

Experience:

* Technical knowledge of basic gas compliance, both domestic and commercial and understand contractor's roles and responsibilities.
* Ability to determine work categories i.e. reactive works, planned and capital, housekeeping and emergency actions needed.
* Advanced use of Excel and data storage systems - Open, Keystone and Swordfish.
* Ability to produce accurate reports from stored data
