Job description

You will be assisting in leading and developing all aspects of strategic planning, design and implementation of all benefits provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring plan and regulatory compliance Health, Welfare, Retirement, and Leaves
  • Interacting regularly with employees, HR leaders, Payroll and benefit vendors
  • Managing invoices and facilitating payments to providers and insurance carriers
  • Monitoring budget allocations
  • Assisting with streamlining/ administering employee time away and leave

You will need to have the following:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • 10years+ of experience with health and welfare administration
  • 5years+ Global Benefits experience
  • 2 years+ People management experience
  • Experience developing and driving benefits automation processes
