Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be part of BCG's IT Digital Enablement Tribe working on how our digital tools can be used individually and as an ecosystem to enable teams in different hybrid working models. You will work with Product Owners, experts and change leaders across the organization to develop, deliver and manage the learning strategy for this effort.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Learning design

• Developing learning strategies from the scoping/creation to implementation
• Partnering with stakeholders to assess training needs and selecting the most appropriate process, structure, technology, and delivery formats depending on learning goals
• Defining, prioritizing, and planning the resources and technical requirements needed to deliver the enablement effort
• Designing and curating learning including but not limited to coaching, live, virtual live, on-demand, interactive multimedia, videos, and in-app digital adoption solutions, etc.
• Developing and training coach/facilitator pools to deliver engaging training to multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs in a rapidly growing and changing organization
• Coordinating with global, regional learning initiatives to integrate digital tools content into system wide cohort training programs

Stakeholder management

• Building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups
• Convincing and driving alignment between stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with your confident and competent demeanour
• Working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential; experience doing so virtually is strongly preferred
• Explaining L&D best practices and rational to stakeholders

Project management

• Working with stakeholders to create the scope of work and designing and developing effective training solutions and programs according to BCG's goals
• Managing timelines and deliverables, experience using agile SCRUM would be preferred
• Engaging and partnering with vendors

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in education or digital technology
• Minimum 7 years' experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experience
• Experience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experience
• Experience in designing blended learning solutions including curating content
• Experience building asynchronous learning and in-app digital adoption solutions (ie Whatfix, WalkMe)
• Experience with at least one leading Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
• Knowledge of Agile and user centric design principles
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Jira, would be a plus
• Experience working with remote international teams
• Excellent English language oral and written communication skills required
