Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will help the Global Learning Experience Design & Operations Team do an excellent job managing projects to craft and deliver learning experiences. The team builds learning for all BCG staff, from new joiners to managers, both consulting staff and the functions that support them. We offer various learning formats, including face-to-face programs, virtual live sessions, and self-paced online learning. Our projects typically involve a project coordinator and a team of learning designers, content writers, and subject matter experts, and can last several months.

You'll work with senior leaders to keep track of our project portfolio, prioritize the pipeline of new projects, put together project teams, and supervise the team's overall budget. You will work with project managers to set up the timelines and budgets for specific projects, then check in regularly on their progress. You will also collect and share the best ideas to keep improving our project management communications, processes, and tools. And you will support the broader team by onboarding new team members and acting as administrator for software tools such as Slack and Meisterplan.

· Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.

· Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
· Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams.

  • Your natural curiosity and comfort with technology allow you to explore new and better ways to do things.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 5+years' experience in project management, portfolio management, capacity planning, resource planning or a similar role
  • Completion of a business-related degree, including a basic understanding of finance and accounting
