Job description

Are you an experienced Global Mobility Consultant looking for the next exciting chapter in your career? We currently have an opportunity to join our Global Mobility team where you will be the key point of contact for various Business Groups consulting on a range matters impacting cross-border employees, such as tax, immigration, compliance and employee relations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing international transfers (assignments and extensions, permanent transfers, localisations, repatriations, short term secondments), international remote work requests and extended business travellers for Macquarie business groups across our global locations.

You will have previous HR experience in global mobility management with a strong client focus and the ability to maintain strong client relationships. You will have a deep understanding of cross border tax issues and the ability to comprehend complex tax, social security and immigration rules, along with strong problem solving and consulting skills to provide solutions to issues that arise regarding international transfers.
