BCG has a results-oriented agenda to deliver a bionic talent model, as well as remain driven to attract and retain the best diverse talent for BCG.As the Global Recruiting Projects & Innovation Senior Manager, you will work closely with our Transformation Director and the Managing Director and Partner of Talent Acquisition as well as broader Transformation and Recruiting functional teams to develop content and deliver on selected high priority initiatives. The right candidate brings deep knowledge and expertise from the recruiting and talent space, as well as a forward looking and collaborative demeanour to help us accelerate success across our worldwide teams.Innovation and strategic content developmentCollaborate with Recruiting team members, business units, regions and tech leaders to craft, develop, deploy & sustain innovation across the recruiting cycle, maintaining a customer journey map, innovation stage gates and backlog of possible projects to addressDrive thinking and innovation to deliver specific change initiatives - these will vary as the transformation develops, but current projects may include:Recruiting technology landscape (Project Compass) - support our Technology Talent Value Centre (TVC) to define and set a roadmap for ATS / CRM simplification and development, including defining core business requirements, vendor selection, roadmap and implementationAnalytics development - support Data & Analytics TVC to adapt and improve our reporting and analytical capabilities across BCG's recruiting landscape, including integration with broader HR and business reportingRecruiting Career Pathing - working with HR, Recruiting L&D and our recruiting community globally to develop recruiter specific career paths including sub-functional expertise and competitive levelling versus external market skillsMaintain external market knowledge of outstanding recruiting practices and standards in order to develop an innovative hiring experience at BCGAnticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraintsRecruiter and Candidate ExperienceWork with our Technology TVC, Recruiting and HR community to help develop vision for end to end recruiting journeys, identifying online and offline process or technology improvements and tools to deliver this visionDevelop implementation plans for desired user journeys, working with our Agile Product Owners, Data Factory, design and functional teams to prioritise and communicate overall roadmap to the businessWork with Agile Squads and Solution managers across BCG to continually update the voice of the end user - including focus groups, surveys, analytical experience and candidate feedback insightsPartner with UX professionals (internal & external) to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we deliver the right experience for diverse candidates and recruitersConduct pilots, A/B testing and review metrics when appropriate to finalize the customer experience throughout their journeyUtilize product design thinking to ensure technical products and solutions are crafted and implemented around customer experience at the centerUse agile methodology and thinking when working with IT and product teams to ensure fast deployment and testing of relevant tools and featuresYOU'RE GOOD ATThe ideal candidate for this role should have:A user-centered demeanour, with an understanding of recruiting processes, skills and toolsExperience working with technology, systems and dataClear, persuasive communication skills, inspiring in written and verbal communicationAbility to develop and present exec level business cases and execute business strategiesAbility to convince broad set of partners on decisions using data and emotional intelligenceWillingness to introduce innovative approaches and industry and technology trends to the team as and when is appropriate - including recruiting functional skills, visual design, tool useUnderstanding of user research methodologies and practiceEvolving product design from concept to implementation:Rapid conceptualisation (Sketching, White-boarding, etc); Wireframes & Prototypes; Visual design; Front-end implementation; Triage / resolving blockers; Identifying new standards and patternsYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Do you have the following? If so, apply today!An undergraduate degree or equivalent in business, science, technology or a related fieldDemonstrable experience in a relevant role(s) and ideally 3+ years of experience in HR/Recruiting technology, UX or innovation-related rolesA portfolio that demonstrates HR/Recruiting transformation, organisational change and strategic content development to deliver business impactIdeally, experience working with technology development including interface designs, Adobe Creative Suite, Prototyping tools, Wireframing software and with Agile, Lean and Design ThinkingQuantitative experience with high attention to detail and ability to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneouslyConfirmed ability to create and execute candidate/customer experience improvementsExperience with using a variety of digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, Mural, Box, and othersOther preferred qualifications include:MBA or Graduate degree in business, HR, marketing or any related fieldExperience with working in virtual teams across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures across the world.YOU'LL WORK WITHBCG's HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
