THE ROLE
The Growth \/ Lifecycle Marketing Manager role will involve looking at every channel, every source, and every step of the buyer and customer journey to find areas to improve and grow, and then implement recommendations.

Key responsibilities include: - Build and managing nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel -Setting up effective promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, retention, and upsell - Working collaboratively across teams (Marketing, Product, Services, Sales, CS) to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals - Establish A\/B testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence, and timing to constantly improve performance - Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement - Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data
YOU
You have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, journey building and personalisation.

You are passionate about design, planning and proptech and understanding current industry trends.

Experience working in SaaS preferred.

Key to this role will be the fact that you are confident in growth\/lifecycle marketing as you'll be leading the charge and bringing your knowledge and expertise to create an incredible end-to-end experience.
