Who we are looking for
The Head of Client Management, EMEA will have overall responsibility for leading and overseeing the Client Management practice within the EMEA region. The primary objectives of the role are to establish a world class, high-energy team that is focused on the retention and growth of the CRD client base within the EMEA region, with a heavy focus on client satisfaction. This position has direct responsibility for revenue retention and client satisfaction associated with the CRD business.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for
As Head of Client Management, EMEA you will

  • Serve as a recognized leader of the Client Management business within Charles River and represent the function across State Street
  • Maintain frequent communication and collaboration with internal client account teams and business units; Specifically manage and foster the strong relationships within State Street for the collective benefit of our clients
  • Directly lead, develop, empower and inspire a team of Client Managers to be effectives owners of client relationships with confidence operating at senior levels within those firms
  • Help drive and evolve the strategic direction of the Client Management function, taking into consideration such factors as industry trends, regulatory environments, client feedback, revenue opportunity and competitive analysis
  • Develop relationships with senior client personnel to gain an understanding of client strategy and CRD's alignment to achieving their strategies
  • Proactively ensure effective client issue resolution, project delivery, and collaboration with other CRD teams

  • Critical assessment capability -ability to maintain a very high bar and drive excellence in work products, services, hiring, etc.
  • Proven experience successfully recruiting and building world class teams.
  • Ability to produce high quality management information/dashboards for wider leadership and information sharing


Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Four (4) year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 15+ years' experience within the Financial Services / Software industry, preferred experience in Relationship Management, Business Analysis or similarly functioning role
  • 5+ years' experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail


Additional requirements
  • Travel up to 40% may be required.
  • Knowledge of additional European language will be considered a plus.
