They provide strategy communications advice, run integrated PR campaigns, media relations and lead of behaviour change.

The Role

The agency is on the lookout for a Head of Digital to join and lead the team. You will lead across 5 key functions, leading their digital and content work, client work, agency work, business development and supporting the wider team.

As the Head of Digital, it will be up to you to ensure the agencies own organic and paid digital content, social media, websites are all at high standards.

Responsibilities - Head of Digital

- Client work: you will plan and oversee client organic and paid digital, social and web work, making sure integration is appropriate and of a high standard. This includes strategy planning, conceive ideas for digital campaigns etc
- Agency work: you will be tasked with planning and overseeing high quality content for their own channels working closely with senior leadership team
- Business development: use your creativity and expertise to win new business
- Team work: support colleagues with digital, content and web requirements

Requirements - Head of Digital

- At least 5 years in a digital leadership role, ideally within an agency
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, strategic mind-set
- Able to lead teams, work collaboratively
- Strong copywriter
- Strong eye of detail, good at spotting design trends
- Excellent at delivering organic and paid social media
- Bonus: if you have healthcare or environment experience

Salary
Up to £50,000
