Job description

We are proud to be working with The Forward Trust to recruit for their new Head of Fundraising. They have a fantastic team there, the majority of whom we helped to recruit and are investing in two new roles for the department so you would be joining an organisation fully supportive of fundraising. They have had some amazing coverage recently and the Duchess of Cambridge is their Patron so it's a really exciting time to join and help grow their income. The role will oversee a team of six people in total raising over £2m, the position will develop the strategy but will also manage some high-value relationships. The bulk of income for The Forward Trust comes from trusts and foundations so if you have experience in this area or corporate or major donors that would be an asset. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate: - Experience in developing fundraising strategy and leading a team to deliver a growth income- Strong experience across a mix of fundraising streams, ideally with an interest in digital fundraising- Excellent internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade and influence- The ability to horizon-scan and identify new income opportunities Closing date: 1st DecemberInterview date: 9th DecemberSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 If you would like to have an informal discussion, please call Ashby on or apply online.
