Our market? Strong, bold women are the center of our brand. We call them Hēdoïnes and our vision is to celebrate and elevate them, creating a new female persona and crafting products that complement their lifestyles.

Our products? We've started by reinventing tights. The world's first sheer tights that don't ladder. They're also seamless, sag-free, and seriously comfortable. Our newest innovation: Biodegradable tights that don't ladder. Because if you're going to reinvent tights you might as well do it right, right?

Your role in all of this? As part of our continued growth, we're on a hunt for an energetic, witty, and organized Head of Operations. You'll help with the continual optimization and implementation of the brand and customer experience. You will work closely with the COO, Developers, Product, and Marketing to ensure all projects, campaigns and daily business run smoothly both operationally and technically, with the aim of building our infrastructure, driving conversion, and scaling it globally. We have big expansion goals and want you to be part of our adventure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring ­­­all business platforms including our Shopify (multi-language & currency), Gorgias, Fulfilment Centre Software, and their integrations
• Running project on finding and implementing an ERP system and upgrading our Shopify store to Shopify Plus
• Overlooking and optimizing our two warehouses in Germany and UK, inventory and integrations
• Make sure that our supply chain cross border runs smoothly, and all products are available wherever we need them (including import/export)
• Inventory forecasting and stock management across all channels (currently B2B and B2C) and countries
• Driving, monitoring, and testing homepage changes, to increase conversion as well as ensuring that campaigns, copy and visuals have been uploaded correctly by our developer team
• Increasing the efficiency of the company's supply chain and operational processes by researching state of the art innovation in the market, including apps, SAAS and other solutions, and integrating them
• Overlooking and managing supporting teams (Tech, Operations and Customer Service)
• Analysis and Reporting

You will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in eCommerce, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Project Management
• Experienced in working with tech solutions, especially Shopify (plus), warehouse systems and ERP systems
• Interest in fashion and online retail businesses and the drive to scale
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines and appropriately prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and obsession to optimize processes and infrastructure
• Analytical with self-starter pro-active attitude, willing to take ownership and go over and beyond with a positive personality and a great sense of (dark) humour
