Job Description

HR Administrator Band 3 with ESR &/or Trac Experience. Candidates must be available to start immediately and understand this is a temporary role for 3 months, with the potential to extend.

The HR Administrator will support the HR and recruitment teams with administrative duties.

Updating all records in the ESR system
Carrying out pre-employment checks
Communicating any expiring or upcoming contracts
Liaising with HR team
Manage HR administration inbox
Give support to staff enquiries
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the HR Administrator Band 3 roles must have HR, ESR and/or Trac experience within a healthcare setting.

Experience working in an HR and/or recruitment role
A high level of administration experience
Trac and ESR experience essential
Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns
Understands the importance of confidentiality
Good employment law and policy knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

On offer to the candidate is a HR Administrator Band 3 role, working from home with an ASAP start date for 3 months, with the potential to extend. Candidates must have Trac and/or ESR experience and be able to go on-site occasionally if needed.
