Are you interested in working for a global think tank as a HR Administrator? Would you like to be part of friendly and supportive HR team?I am working in partnership with a British research institute which covers international affairs. Their HQ is in central London and the position offers hybrid working.This brilliant permanent HR Administrator opportunity is paying £25,000 per annum and will allow someone to develop and grow throughout their time working for the organisation. You will be part of a professional HR team where you will play a key role in providing generalist HR support.The key responsibilities involve:Recruitment administration. You will support with the full applicant management, writing adverts, booking in interviews and helping with the onboarding process.Absence administration. You will record leave requests, sickness absence and associated self-certification forms.New joiner and leaver administration. Reference checking and other pre-employment checks. Co-ordinating the induction process and leaver administration.General HR administration which comprises of booking training for staff, updating HR forms and assisting on HR projects.It would be advantageous to have experience of working in the non-profit sector before.
